About me

My WHY

To drive towards productive communication in all levels of leadership, starting with self-talk and ending with far-reaching organizational impact while empowering leaders to lead with humble ambition!

About Me

I have a 18+ year history in professional development and over 2,500 coaching hours behind me. I have always truly loved being part of the process of others finding their focus, growth areas, and owning their impact. Everyone has specific areas where they excel and draw from their natural strengths, but sometimes those strengths can be hard to find.

I am a three-time International coaching federation Professionally Credentialed Coach (ICF-PCC), as well as an Imposter Syndrome Coach Practitioner. I have studied psychology, sociology, neuroscience, sales methodology, coaching, and learning philosophies. I have been in various leadership positions and worked with professionals in almost every industry.

I hold accreditations through the Center for Creative Leadership's leadership assessment suite and am a certified facilitator of DISC, Driving Forces, and EQ through TTI Success Insights. I love using these scientific tools with individuals, partners, teams, and organizations to highlight areas of strength, growth, differences, and communication obstacles. I coach individuals, teams, and facilitate group/cohort learning. Some of my parters are Lead Belay, Sounding Board, and the ICF-Colorado.

I love the outdoors, family, camping, exercise, music, theater, skiing, travel, and anything involving time with my kids. I'm a Colorado native currently living just south of Denver, CO with my husband, our two children, a cat, and a dog.

ICF - PCC

An ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) is a credentialed coach who has demonstrated advanced coaching skills, training, and experience recognized by the International Coaching Federation.  The PCC designation reflects a strong level of coaching competence and professionalism, showing clients and organizations that the coach consistently applies ICF’s core competencies and ethical standards.

Imposter Syndrome Coach Practitioner

The Imposter Syndrome Coach Practitioner accreditation through Coaching.com certifies specialized expertise in helping individuals recognize, understand, and overcome imposter syndrome. This training equips coaches with evidence-based tools, frameworks, and strategies to address self-doubt, perfectionism, and limiting beliefs that undermine confidence and performance. As a practitioner, I am qualified to support clients in building resilience, reframing negative thought patterns, and fostering a stronger sense of self-worth and professional capability.
