As an ICF trained coaching session assessor, I have structured the following package to really push your growth as a coach through competency awareness, confidence, and support. The 10 sessions are broken up (over the course of 4-months) as such: Hours 1-2 are spent on a session assessment and debrief. Hours 3-7 are 55-min 1:1 sessions every other week where we work on your coaching. Hours 8-9 are the same as 1-2 with a new recording. Hour 10 will be the last 1:1 to tie it all together. PURCHASE

Mentor Coaching and recorded session assessment (3-hours)

Mentor coaching is an assessment and work around you as a coach. I start by listening to, and assessing, a recorded session between you and a client. I complete a PCC marker scorecard and then we debrief and talk about your coaching and opportunities for growth. This session counts towards your ICF credentialing requirements as I am a certified ICF mentor coach and practicum facilitator.
